Tech Lead – Guidewire Jutro | Digital Insurance Platforms

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead Guidewire Jutro with deep expertise in digital insurance platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design and development of modern, responsive digital experiences for insurers, leveraging Jutros capabilities to deliver innovative, API-first and cloud-native solutions .

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and the ability to work closely with business, design, and backend teams to modernize insurer digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Guidewire Jutro & Digital Experience Design
• Lead the design, development, and customization of digital applications using Guidewire Jutro
• Build modern, responsive UI/UX components for seamless policyholder and agent experiences
• Implement API-first architecture and integrate with Guidewire Cloud, Guidewire Digital, and third-party InsurTech platforms
• Design headless and microservices-based digital experiences to enable innovative customer journeys

Technical Leadership & Development:-

• Architect and develop reusable UI components, widgets, and micro-frontends using Jutro
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter APIs
• Leverage React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and GraphQL to enhance digital insurance platforms
• Ensure performance optimization, security, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Establish best practices for frontend architecture, coding standards, and scalability

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business and design teams to translate customer needs into intuitive digital solutions
• Advise stakeholders on Jutro adoption, cloud enablement, and omnichannel strategies
• Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution roadmaps for digital modernization initiatives

Requirements:-

• 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro and Guidewire Digital solutions
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL , and modern frontend frameworks
• Proven experience integrating PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter via APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
• Good understanding of headless CMS, API gateways, CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management)
